Well, MAPH 2014, here’s your first chance to look at some excellent thesis work done by members of last year’s class. From the editors of Colloquium:
The Colloquium incarnation of the MAPH thesis awards features three theses from each year’s cohort, nominated by preceptors and selected by the editors of Colloquium, that exemplify the thoughtful research and writing that characterizes MAPH students. Awards are made in the summer, and the special issue is released in the fall.
We are pleased to present the winners of the MAPH 2013 awards for their essays in art history, cinema studies, and political philosophy, respectively:
